at end of dates harvest season and are kept in their form directly in cooling rooms ( 5 to 18
) degrees after cleaning and drying operations and sorting done through lines made for these
purposes to insure their delivery to the consumer in high quality.
Processed dates
A fully ripened relatively dry dates harvested at
end of harvest season after decreasing its ration of moisture in the palm tree and are kept in
cooling areas with (0 to 10 degrees) after cleaning and drying operations and sorting done
through lines made for these purposes to insure their delivery to the consumer in high
quality.
