collected at beginning of dates harvest season and are kept in their form directly in cooling
rooms (18 to 25) to insure their delivery to the consumer in high quality.

The Dates are called “Processed” if they have undergone a washing and thermal treatment (hydration and drying). They can be pitted according to the customer’s request.

This extracted juice is made by cooking certain
quantities of dates in high temperatures after adding certain amount of water and for certain
time with continuous tracking in special boilers made for such purposes.
